Sherry Crockett – Administrator
Sherry Crockett is an Executive with extensive experience turning around the financial status of distressed organizations, running, and selling healthcare businesses including: Hospice Pharmacy Providers as well as hospice and home health provider agencies. Ms. Crockett is a graduate-nurse who practiced from 1989 to 1997 before embarking on business ventures. She has worked with several businesses in OK, TX, LA, MS, AZ, KS, MO, GA, PA, HI, TN and AR during her career.
Ms. Crockett's training in healthcare management is often highlighted as the catalyst for her success in cost controlling practices, but she says her efforts for "cost control are always implemented with the most humanistic concerns placed as top priority and the rest will come."
On the personal side, Ms. Crockett is wife to Elmer Crockett II for 28 years. Sherry is the very proud mother of Scott Crockett, Vina Crockett-Moore and Robert Crockett. Sherry has been blessed to be grandmother to five grandchildren. Sherry enjoys traveling and enjoys equestrian activities, snorkeling and camping. Sherry is a firm believer that you must live in the moment appreciating each moment that you are given.
Charity Moravek – Business Manager
Charity Moravek is a manager with extensive experience in the hospice healthcare community. Charity has served using her talents to educate the public in her role as Intake Coordinator with another agency. Charity has worked with hospice’s from the pharmacy end as the Business Manager and as a Pharmacy Tech for a pharmacy company. Charity believes that as a Business Manager she takes the time to support the staff who are supporting our patients in this their time of need.
Mrs. Charity Moravek is wife to Richard Moravek for 7 years. Charity is an involved animal lover and is the very proud owner of eight dogs and two horses. Charity loves to spend her time outdoors. Charity is a strong supporter and contributor to the ASPCA. People and their animals alike thank Charity for her kind support, knowledge and dedication to care.
Cherl Hrdlicka – Registered Nurse, Patient Care Coordinator
Cherl has a business degree from Rogers State and Nursing degree from TCC. She has enjoyed being a member of the management team in an aviation company to being a team member coordinating care in hospice. She is married with three children and three grandchildren. Cheryl enjoys flying around the country with her husband in their Acro Sport II biplane. She also enjoys every moment she gets to spend with her grandchildren. Cheryl is dedicated to helping others and determined to provide quality hospice care. She feels blessed to be able to work at Miller Hospice where she can show compassion and dedication every day.
Theresa Griffin – Office Manager
Having worked as a CNA/CMA in long-term care for the past 15 years, the opportunity came for me to work in hospice. I love taking care of people and I’m most fulfilled when I know I have helped our nurses make someone’s day better. This is truly an honor for me.
Debbie Butler – RN, CHPN
I have been in the nursing field since 1991, I began working in hospice care in 2000. Hospice is one of the most rewarding fields. I can touch so many lives helping families with care they need at the end of life!
Becky Walters – LPN
I’ve been in the medical field for over 35 years. I feel my true calling came in 1995, when I came into hospice care for the first time. I have enjoyed meeting and helping families who cross my path. To me this is a once-in-a-life time chance and I don’t take it for granted.
Mariangel Esser – HHA
I became a nurse aide in 2008. Working in hospice has been an amazing experience. Taking care of those in hospice care has greatly impacted my life.
Gary Davis – Family Support Services
As a family support coordinator I provide chaplain and bereavement care. I have worked in hospice care since 2004 and enjoy comforting people and helping them embrace each season of their lives. It is a privilege to assist families with strong spiritual support and compassionate grief care.
